of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation. Prizes: 2nd Degree Team Prize
of Minister of Agriculture in reward for research work "Complex
management of eroded terrains". Author and co-author of many
publications, including monographs and books. Member of i.a. Polish
Soil Science Society, European Society for Soil Conservation.

Dr. Eugeniusz Nowocien - in years 1987-1992 assistant, from
1992 senior lecturer in the Department of Soil Erosion and Management
of Eroded Terrains in Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation
in Pulawy, then from year 2000 in the Department of Soil Science
Erosion and Land Conservation. Scientific degrees: PhD: 1993 - Insitute
of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation in Pulawy. Prizes: The Prize
of the President of The Lublin Technical University (twice). Author
and co-author of about 50 publications, including original works,
communicates, expertises and patents. Member of i.a. Polish Soil
Science Society, European Society for Soil Conservation.

Dr. Rafał Wawer - Since
May 2003 employed in the Department of Soil Science Erosion Control
and Land Reclamation in IUNG. 2004-2005 employed at Katholieke Universiteit
Leuven. PhD in 2003, supervised by Prof. Józefaciuk. 1999-2003 participant
of PhD studium by Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation
in Pulawy. Prizes: The Prize of the Minister of Environment Protection
Natural Resources and Forestry "The Leader of Polish Ecology".
Author and co-author of over 40 publications, reports, etc. Member
of i.a. Polish Soil Science Society, Polish Society of Agronomic
Sciences, European Society for Soil Conservation, Polish Society
of Spatial Information, International Society of Hydrological Sciences.
